The entire complex known as Bay Villas is located near the water (as the name "Bay" implies) and the original architects wanted all Bay villas to have great views of the Pacific ocean. To accomplish this two primary rows of tiered villas were built, the results, AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS.
Some of our vacationers want to be close to the water, but a little protected from the direct ocean winds. The solution is Kapalua Bay Villa Ocean Views. The best of both worlds. You can clearly enjoy the Ocean views and all it’s wonders, while still having a pleasant meal on your Lanai.
Their name implies that they are on a golf course, and that they are lining the back nine for the Kapalua Bay golf course, but that's only half the story. These Kapalua Golf Villa rentals, like the Kapalua Ridge Villa rentals, are perched well above the course below, and unless you truly look down you are more likely to look out at the nearby ocean, and Islands of Molokai and Lanai.

These villas provide panoramic ocean views while perched along a hillside overlooking all six bays on the resort. The effect is amazing, on one side is the Kapalua Bay Golf Course's front 9, on the other is the Pacific Ocean and it’s crashing waves. Far enough away to subdue the ocean sounds, but close enough to allow you to take in the entire events unfolding in the Bays of Kapalua.
Ridge villas come in one and two bedrooms, with their own private parking stall (car port). They seem to be a little larger than the Bay Villas. Ridge Vacationers are very loyal, returning year after year, enjoying all that Kapalua has to offer.
